Qualifications

• Experience as a window/door/roofline service engineer or fitter.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• A strong commitment to doing the job right first time.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to carry out repairs and adjustments and provide first-class service.
• Manage workload and schedule; complete relevant documentation.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Occasionally assist fitting teams when required.
