You will lead Curriculum Leaders and staff teams, fostering accountability and collaboration to raise achievement and improve attendance and behaviour across the upper school.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the upper school and lead Curriculum Leaders and wider staff teams.
• Drive school improvement through data analysis, curriculum development and effective teaching.
• Raise achievement, improve attendance and behaviour, and support students' progression to further education, employment or training.
