Upper Key Stage Two Class Teacher

Start date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR2 (lead teacher to develop teaching and learning/ coaching and mentoring)

Sir Alexander Fleming Primary School and Nursery is a popular and vibrant multi-cultural school located in South Telford, seeking an exceptional classroom practitioner to lead on developing teaching and learning through coaching and mentoring.

Our Headteacher, Governing Body, and children are looking for an exemplary UKS2 practitioner who:

  1. Can foster a sense of belonging by building trusting relationships and treating all children with unconditional positive regard.
  2. Has a passion for inclusion, demonstrating high levels of inclusivity in their practice and actively working to remove barriers to learning.
