Job summary

A leading automotive recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Vehicle Trimmer/Upholsterer in Woking. You will work on bespoke projects fitting leather re-trims to high-end vehicles. The ideal candidate should be confident in auto trimming, possess sewing skills, and ideally have knowledge in pattern making. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum with typical hours from 8.30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Desirably knowledgeable in pattern making and trimming.
• Skilled in using a sewing machine.

Vehicle Trimmer / Upholsterer Required in the Woking, Surrey area

- Salary: Up to £35,000 - per annum depending on experience
- Hours: 8.30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

We are currently working with a well respected Automotive Car Restoration Business who have been operating in the local area for nearly 20 years and gained an excellent reputation.

They are seeking an experienced Upholsterer / Vehicle Trimmer to work closely with their design and production team on a number of bespoke projects; mainly fitting leather re-trims to high end vehicles for our clients customers.

Within this Vehicle Trimmer & Upholstery Technician role your typical duties will include:

- Confident in all aspects of Auto Trimming
- Re-trim a range of modern and classic cars including door cards, dashboards, seat covers using materials such as leather, vinyl, carpets, adhesives etc
- Desirably be knowledgeable in pattern making, trimming of seats, vehicle panels, steering wheels
- Skilled using a sewing machine
