Rubicon Recruitment Agency is recruiting a Sewing Machinist for a Blandford-based upholstery production team. You will carry out sewing machining to a commercial standard on furniture, using industrial fabrics and materials, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.

This long-term assignment offers consistent Monday to Friday hours, 6am to 2pm, weekends free, and a real opportunity to apply high-spec upholstery skills as production grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sewing Machinist or Upholsterer in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Confident working with industrial materials.
• A high level of accuracy and consistency in your work.
• Comfortable working independently to a high standard.
