Specialising in the design and production of contemporary upholstery pieces for high-end furniture brands, we are seeking an experienced, full-time Upholsterer to work in our busy factory based in Attleborough, Norfolk.

Although we are a small team, we pride ourselves on the ability to a produce a large volume of production whilst maintaining our dedication to highest quality that our customers expect.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in upholstery, particularly sofas, beds and cushions. Made to a high standard using a variety of fabrics and leathers.

Be confident using a range of upholstery materials / fillings including natural and foam products.

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.

Good physical fitness as the role involves standing, lifting, and using manual tools

Use of upholstery tools and equipment such as foam cutters, staple guns and other hand tools.

Conduct reupholstery work and minor repairs.

Good time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Carry out your day-to-day duties with due care and diligence in accordance with the company Health & Safety Policy.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 7.30am-2pm (with overtime available)

Salary: depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
