Product Manager – Normanton

Location: Express Way, Wakefield Europort, Normanton, WF6 2TZ, United Kingdom, Yorkshire and The Humber

Job Type: Permanent

Hours of work: Fulltime

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 Per annum

As the business diversifies into new markets, this role is critical to building a future-fit portfolio — bringing fresh, viable product concepts to life and delivering long-term commercial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsibilities
  • Lead the expansion into new and emerging product categories in line with strategic growth plans
  • Identify, source, and onboard new suppliers and brands to broaden the offering
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from concept and business case through to launch and performance analysis
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to spot opportunities
  • Build compelling product propositions and go-to-market strategies
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing, quality, legal, and brand standards
  • Collaborate with Category Management, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales to drive launches
  • Build and manage a forward-looking roadmap for new product/category introductions
  • Monitor product performance and lead continuous improvement
