Job summary

A recruitment agency in Blyth is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join their client's operation on a full-time basis. This role includes full training and the opportunity for permanent employment following a successful 12-week temp to perm period. Candidates should have strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Hours are Monday to Thursday, with 12-hour shifts from 18:00 to 06:00. On-site parking and weekly pay are offered.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our client's operation on a full-time basis, with a permanent job offer at the end of the temp to perm period for the right candidate.

Full training for this role will be provided, but candidates with a background in production work / CNC Machining/paper conversion machine experience are highly beneficial.

• Monday - Thursday
• 12 hour shifts
• 1800-0600

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to operate various machines as and when needed.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work to targets/deadlines set by management without supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
• After completion of a 12-week period through the agency, you will be offered a permanent position with the company.
