A healthcare provider in London is looking for a Primary Care Nurse to join the Unscheduled Care Team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs. This full-time role involves providing high-quality healthcare within a prison setting, requiring NMC registration and experience in healthcare. We have an exciting opportunity for Primary Care Nurse to join our Unscheduled Care Team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a Category B Prison located in London. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
The site currently offers a 24-hour service.
This position is full time, you\'ll receive an annual salary up to £55,086 per annum - depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.

As a Senior Nurse you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions. You will undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.
You will contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to provide outstanding evidence based care that is personalised and informed by what matters to patients, deliver non-judgemental care, inspire excellence, promote best practice and share knowledge to build safe, high-performing teams.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
