Hybrid working environment – flexible remote working from home or another location with 2-3 days required in the office each week.

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Game Design, Interactive Media, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
3. Expert-level proficiency in Unreal Engine, including systems, tools, feature sets and plugin creation.
4. Advanced expertise in C++, particularly in real-time data processing and optimization within Unreal Engine.
5. Exposure to working on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
6. Extensive experience with real-time rendering, data-driven design, and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Optimization: Own the performance optimization process across both visual quality and runtime efficiency, addressing bottlenecks to maintain high-quality outputs on diverse hardware.
2. Deployment: Manage deployment, setup and packaging of Unreal Engine projects, be able to diagnose and fix issues in deployed software, both on local hardware and in the cloud.
3. Documentation & Best Practices: Establish and maintain clear documentation, ensuring scalability and efficiency across production pipelines.

Nice-to-Have:

1. Experience in Python, C#, Typescript.
2. Experience with Computer Vision and OpenCV.
3. Knowledge of Broadcast technologies.
