Join Team Educate Ltd as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant (Welsh Medium). Training will be provided to support your success in this role.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, entry-level position working with a primary school in Swansea, supporting classes of up to 30 students. The role involves assisting with lesson delivery, supporting students individually, and helping with classroom management.

Responsibilities
  1. Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and those who need additional academic support.
  2. Assisting in preparing resources and setting up learning activities.
  3. Supporting the class teacher with administrative tasks.
Requirements
  1. Relevant qualifications or experience working with children or in a classroom setting.
  2. Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Experience with SEN (beneficial but not essential).
  4. Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  5. Right to work in the UK.
  6. Two contactable references.
Details
  • Salary: £95.00 - £103.50 per day
  • Start date: April 2025
  • Working hours: 8:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
