Job description

Protocol Education is currently recruiting trainee/unqualified teaching assistants to work in Lincoln (must be willing to travel for work).

The Role:

1. Monday to Friday
2. Work with special needs such as autism, speech & language, and learning difficulties
3. Support students in small classes of 6-8 students
4. Develop students' communication and social skills
5. Provide one-to-one support for students' learning
6. Assist in key subjects like numeracy and literacy
7. Support creative lessons such as art, music, and cooking
8. Must have school experience
9. Training provided to support your role
