This SEN school is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 5-18 who have struggled in mainstream education. They are seeking Teaching Assistants to join from September on a long-term or temp-to-perm basis. Candidates with experience in SEND settings or school environments are preferred. The role requires managing challenging behaviors and de-escalating situations effectively. No formal qualifications are necessary, but relevant skills or qualifications are advantageous. A DBS check on the update service is essential, and Axcis can assist with this process. The pay rate is £14.66 per hour.
