The Role: We are seeking a creative and passionate Instructor/Unqualified Teacher to join our team. You will deliver engaging, unconventional lessons. The ideal candidate will think outside the box, creating memorable learning experiences that capture student's imagination and make education accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative lessons
  • Adapt teaching materials creatively to meet individual learning needs
  • Track and report on student progress using varied assessment approaches
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants
  • Support student's social and emotional development through engaging activities

  • Experience working with young people
  • Strong commitment to inclusive education with a flair for innovation
  • Patient, flexible, and resilient approach
  • Natural ability to make learning relevant, fun, and accessible

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Completed teaching degree (QTS) without completed induction year
  • Strong HLTA experience in Primary settings
  • Experience implementing differentiated learning strategies
  • Relevant experience in education or youth work
