Unqualified Teacher - - Unqualified Teacher- Kettering- Education and Training

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Start Date: April 2025 (Earlier start date available for the right candidate)

Are you an experienced Primary HLTA or someone with a background in specialist education looking to take the next step in your career? We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join an independent specialist setting in Kettering as an Unqualified Teacher. This is a permanent position, ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and training, and dedicated to supporting children with autism and complex needs.

About the Role:

This exciting role allows you to have a meaningful impact on children's education and well-being, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. As an Unqualified Teacher, you will be responsible for:

* Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of children with autism and complex needs.

* Creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes positive outcomes for all learners.

* Planning and delivering personalized education and training programs in line with the school's specialist curriculum.

* Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and external agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

* Supporting the social, emotional, and mental health needs of learners by implementing behaviour management strategies.

* Contributing to the school's wider ethos of providing outstanding specialist education.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience as a Primary HLTA or within a specialist setting supporting children with autism and complex needs.

* A genuine passion for education and training, with a focus on making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues, and parents/carers.
