The role of an Unqualified Teacher:

1. Supervising students and ensuring they complete pre-planned tasks.
2. Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
3. Assisting pupils with questions and providing guidance.
4. Adhering to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
5. Collecting and submitting completed work to the Head of Department.
6. Providing feedback on lessons and student engagement.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An undergraduate degree in a subject such as Chemistry, PE, Business Studies, Humanities, or others.
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and adaptability.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
