Making a Real Difference in Alternative Education

This is an established independent Alternative Provision (AP) in Barnoldswick, providing tailored educational and pastoral support to young people who require a different approach to learning. We are committed to fostering a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where every student can learn, grow, and succeed.
We are expanding our team and seeking both unqualified and qualified professionals who are dedicated to making a significant impact on the lives of our students.
We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and resourceful individuals to join us in various capacities, from supporting students one-to-one or in small groups, to delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects. Your primary focus will be to build positive relationships, understand individual learning styles, and provide an inclusive and nurturing educational experience.
