Role Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and supervise classes during teacher absences
  2. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  3. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
  4. Provide academic support and encouragement to students
  5. Communicate professionally with students, staff, and parents/guardians when required
What We’re Looking For:
  1. A genuine interest in education and working with young people
  2. Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
  3. Reliable, adaptable, and confident in leading a class
  4. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  5. 2 recent and relevant references
  6. Eligibility to work in the UK
  7. Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register
