Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in the classroom?
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Unqualified Supply Teachers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong interest in teaching and wish to gain valuable experience in a variety of schools across the Ludlow area.
As an Unqualified Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to provide cover for short-term teacher absences, ensuring continuity in learning for students. Your responsibilities will include supervising lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring that students complete their work as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cover teacher absences across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Provide students with guidance and support to complete assigned tasks.
* Encourage positive student engagement and participation.
* Ensure students are working in a productive and safe learning environment.
