This is a brilliant opportunity if you’ve got a maths-related background (degree, tutoring experience, or even strong A-Level results) and want to explore teaching. The school provides excellent support, making it a great environment to gain classroom experience while you work towards qualified teacher status.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (resources and support provided)
Supporting students to build confidence with problem-solving and numeracy
Working closely with experienced teachers who’ll guide you through planning and classroom management
Creating a positive and structured learning environment
What we’re looking for:
A strong academic background in Maths (degree or equivalent desirable)
Passion for education and inspiring young people
Confidence in managing a classroom and clear communication skills
Previous tutoring or classroom experience is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
