Empowering Learning in Teesside is seeking an unqualified Nursery Teaching Assistant to support private nurseries across Teesside. You will assist staff with daily routines, play-based learning, mealtimes, and outdoor activities, helping create a safe, caring environment for children aged 0-5.

No formal qualifications are required, but a genuine passion for early years, reliability, and good communication are essential.

Your Role

As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you'll support nursery staff in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn through play. Duties may include:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 with daily activities and routines.
• Encouraging learning through creative play and exploration.
• Assisting with mealtimes, story time, and outdoor activities.
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
