Pay Rate: £14.25 - £15.09per hour

About the Role:

Do you have hands-on experience caring for young children and want to build a career in Early Years without a formal qualification? We are hiring experienced, unqualified Nursery Assistants across Greater Manchester to help create safe, fun, and nurturing environments for children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist room leaders with day-to-day nursery routines, meal times, and play activities.
• Encourage children's social interaction, confidence, and independence through play.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming indoor and outdoor learning areas.
• Support the nursery team in delivering compassionate and high-standard care.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience working with children aged 0-5 (e.g., prior nursery work, nannying, or childminding experience).
• Genuine love for working with early years children and a reliable, energetic work ethic.
• Basic understanding of child safety and safeguarding principles.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
