Job summary

Veritas Education Recruitment in Kingston is seeking enthusiastic Unqualified Nursery Practitioners for flexible daily supply work across Kingston and surrounding South West London nurseries. You will support children aged 0-5, helping to create a safe, nurturing environment and assist with routine tasks.

This role offers flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle, with DBS and references required. No formal qualifications are necessary, but a genuine passion for early years is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nursery, school, childcare or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• A caring, positive and flexible attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the Early Years sector.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities.
• Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.
• Encouraging children's social, emotional and communication development.
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with nursery staff to meet the individual needs of every child.

Pay: 14- 15 per hour

Veritas Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team for flexible daily supply work across a range of friendly and supportive nurseries in Kingston and the surrounding South West London areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in Early Years education while enjoying the flexibility to choose when they work. Whether you're available five days a week or just a few days, we have opportunities to suit your schedule.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, childcare or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
