Vision for Education are excited to offer a Trainee Cover Supervisor Programme for enthusiastic and reliable individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in education. This programme is designed for those with experience working with young people (e.g., in coaching, tutoring, youth work, childcare or similar) who want to step into classroom-based roles but may not yet have direct school experience.
Successful candidates will be invited to attend a dedicated training day at our Vision Liverpool office, where you will gain a full understanding of the Cover Supervisor role, including:
Once you have completed the training, you will be fully prepared to begin work as a Cover Supervisor across a range of vibrant and supportive secondary schools.
