Job description

Unqualified Teacher for KS3/KS4

Must have the right to work in the UK to apply.

Earn up to £600 per week (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Connex Education is currently partnering with a successful secondary academy in the S81 7EN region to support their day-to-day supply requirements. We will work around your availability.

Assignment Details

As an unqualified teacher, you may have staggered start dates and can begin immediately or later in the school year. Once employed, there will be opportunities for the rest of the academic year and into 2024/25, offering consistent work during term time.

Person Specification for Unqualified Teacher

  • Some experience working with young people in a school setting or similar environment (e.g., NCS, sports coaching).
  • Confidence in leading classes of children aged 11-16.
  • Ability to manage challenging behavior.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing professional training.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think quickly.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and good sense of humor.
