Job summary

Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a motivated individual to join the team, supervising Community Payback Unpaid Work under a Court order. You will assess and organise activities, working with colleagues to deliver a safe, compliant and effective service in the Argyll and Bute area.

The role requires a driving licence for heavy vehicles and PVG membership for working with adults. The post offers a competitive salary, pension, generous leave, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative.
• Flexible attitude to the role and duties.
• PVG Membership is required for working with adults.
• Driving licence for vehicles over 3500kg and ability to tow trailers over 750kg.

Responsibilities

• Assess, organise and supervise Community Payback Unpaid Work to meet orders.
• Provide high quality service and support to participants.
• Collaborate with team to reduce re-offending and improve community safety.
• Support recruitment, scheduling and logistics for unpaid work activities.
