Job summary

The University of Sheffield is seeking two University Teachers to deliver, assess and design teaching on the NHS Educational Mental Health Practitioner programme. The 0.4 FTE posts require delivery on Wednesdays and Thursdays and suit clinicians with experience of working with children and young people.

You will join an established team, bringing strong communication and time management skills to the role. Teaching may extend to other postgraduate and undergraduate courses across the School,

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications and/or substantial relevant experience in NHS/education
• Experience delivering psycho-educational interventions or teaching on PG courses
• Eligibility for BABCP full accreditation

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high quality teaching for the programme
• Design assessments and provide timely feedback
• Coordinate modules and supervise student progress
• Contribute to student recruitment and interview processes
• Liaise with external stakeholders and plan workload
