Job summary

Bangor University’s School of Computer Science and Engineering invites applications for a permanent full-time Contracts Officer within the Legal and Compliance Services Department. The post holder will draft, negotiate and manage a portfolio of contracts, ensuring best interests of the University are protected and processes run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject e.g law.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to use contracts databases.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts including commercial, research and collaboration agreements.
• Draft and review memoranda, funding agreements, collaboration and transfer agreements.
• Manage contract administration and maintain contract records in the database.
• Provide specialist advice on contract terms and processes to colleagues.
