Job summary

University of South Wales (USW) – CAPSE is seeking an Audio Visual Specialist to design and deliver innovative AV solutions across the university, from teaching spaces to conference facilities, in support of hybrid learning.

You will work with faculties, departments and IT to keep our AV infrastructure modern, evaluate new solutions, and help with estates refurbishments and budget guidance across campuses. This is a full-time, permanent role open to internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• design and deliver innovative audio-visual solutions across the University, from teaching spaces and lecture theatres to collaborative meeting rooms and conference facilities
• work closely with faculties, departments, and the IT team to ensure AV infrastructure supports flexible, hybrid learning and collaboration
• evaluate new AV solutions and recommend enhancements to keep infrastructure modern and fit for purpose
