Universal Grinder
Rugby
0600 – 1400 and 1400 – 2230, Monday to Friday (weekly rotating shift)
£14.87 per hour (including shift allowance)
Full-Time – Temp to Perm

We are looking for two experienced Universal Grinders to join a busy engineering company in Rugby, working on a rotating early/late shift pattern.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working to production targets, tight tolerances, and strict quality standards. You’ll be producing components for the automotive, aerospace, and defence sectors – so attention to detail is essential.

The right candidate will:

Have real-world experience operating universal grinding machinery

Be confident reading technical drawings

Be able to use precision measuring equipment

Be reliable, skilled, and work well under pressure
