Job description

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a fully skilled Universal Grinder.

• Must be able to work to very tight tolerances.
• Re-grinding international tapers and bearing journals on manual grinding machines will be a large part of the daily job, along with re-grinding bearing housing bores.
• Most of the grinding will be one off spindles and housings as part of the repair process.

Experience: Universal Grinding: 10 years (essential)

This is a full-time, permanent role.

Working as part of a team is essential.

We offer competitive rates of pay with 30 days holiday a year (including bank holidays), and a workplace pension.

Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 7.15am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.15am – 12.15pm.
