This isn’t your typical care role. You’ll be at the heart of our service, stepping in to support clients across a range of care settings - ensuring no one is ever left without the exceptional care they deserve.

About the Role

As a Universal Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality care across a variety of services, including:

Your role will include:

  • Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with daily routines and medication
  • Preparing meals and providing companionship
  • Adapting quickly to different clients and environments
  • Being a reassuring, friendly presence in times of need

No two days will look the same – and that’s what makes this role so exciting.

  • £12.71 per hour for travel time
  • Enhanced rates for waking nights
  • £130 per day for live-in care assignments
  • Guaranteed contracted hours for stability and security

Plus:

  • Paid training and ongoing development opportunities as part of our Care Skills Academy
