As a Unity Product Manager in Market Ops Transformation, you will be part of a global team delivering key aspects of the Unity product vision and strategy. You will work to unify teams, data, and intelligence on a single platform, aiming to deliver exceptional client experiences, reduce operational risks, and enable efficient resolutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure a deep understanding of the user journey and the user's jobs-to-be-done.
  • Develop value propositions that alleviate users' pains and identify potential gains.
  • Advocate customer needs to the broader cross-functional team.
  • Identify and address risky assumptions and hypotheses proactively through experimentation and testing.
  • Validate hypotheses through rapid experimentation and testing.
  • Partner closely with user research and UX design teams to advance discovery and designs.
  • Provide product leadership through setting priorities and vision for planning and execution.
  • Capture and refine user stories with technology, UX, and data science, prioritizing based on value and cost.
  • Define and track OKRs to focus teams on outcomes and value realization.
  • Use data to gain insights about the product and user behaviour, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with Operations, Client Service, and Marketing teams to define rollout strategy and adoption plan.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior experience in Product Management.
  • Understanding of CIB Operations business areas and trade lifecycle knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of web and database technologies.
  • Experience working in agile teams with UX designers and technologists.
  • Inquisitive and motivated to solve business problems creatively.
  • Confident in questioning business and technology requirements and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Logical and structured approach to planning, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to technical detail, seeking out potential problem areas and following up with experts.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior experience in Product Management, ideally in a large corporation, client service, operational, or technology environment.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and machine learning applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in defining and tracking product metrics.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
