We are a long established IT consultancy firm based in Portishead, offering consultancy and support services for the Unit4 ERP (Agresso Business World) product. We are a Premier Partner of Unit4.

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant with extensive experience in Unit4 ERP (Agresso Business World). Experience with Unit4 PCB/Timesheets is highly advantageous. You will join a skilled and acclaimed team providing implementation services across various industry sectors, supporting a broad range of Unit4 ERP products and related software.

Your responsibilities include understanding client requirements, advising on solutions, and implementing across the Unit4 ERP suite. Projects may range from simple reporting and upgrades to full implementations.

You will also collaborate with our Application Managed Service helpdesk team supporting our clients daily.

• Proven experience with Unit4 ERP software
• Calm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Organized, dedicated, and able to work independently and within a team
• Proactive in seeking advice and feedback
• Strong analytical skills to understand and document customer issues clearly
• Structured approach to troubleshooting
• Understanding of accounting and financial procedures
• Knowledge of SQL or similar technical skills is a plus
• Experience with different versions of Unit4 ERP is advantageous
