Job responsibilities

About the Role: As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will ensure residents receive excellent care, develop care plans, and manage staff and regulatory relationships. You will have the autonomy to lead your unit to success and grow professionally.

About You: You must be an RGN with current NMC registration, experienced in care planning and risk assessments, knowledgeable about clinical practices and regulations such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Leadership experience, including mentoring and supporting newly qualified nurses, is essential. You should be dedicated, ambitious, resilient, and committed to quality improvement.
