What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with active NMC pin (RGN or RMN)


• Significant leadership experience in a nursing home setting (e.g., Senior Nurse, Unit Manager, Deputy Manager)


• Strong clinical knowledge of elderly care, dementia, or mental health needs


• Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a team to deliver high standards


• Confident in managing care plans, audits, medication, and safeguarding procedures


• Strong IT and record-keeping skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
