About The Role

In your role as a Non-Clinical Unit Manager at HC-One, you'll value one thing above all: kindness. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As a Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for a specific part of the home, ensuring the highest level of care. You will also run the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy. Your duties include addressing residents' needs with dignity and ensuring their well-being, whether reporting mobility issues, monitoring samples, or administering medication.

About You

You will have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. Your positive energy, natural communication skills, and accountability are essential. You will be considerate and kind in all interactions.


Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training is required, along with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns if necessary.
