Job summary

Etive House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Unit Manager to lead the unit and develop the team to deliver high quality, person-centred care. You will manage day-to-day operations, support safe medication processes and maintain documentation.

You will work closely with the Home Manager and healthcare professionals to ensure continuous improvement and clear communication across the service, upholding the home’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Medication administration training with competency.
• Previous experience leading or managing a care team.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive and accountable approach to care delivery.
• A caring, compassionate and professional attitude.

Responsibilities
