Clinical Unit Manager

Location: Union Road, Onehouse, Stowmarket, IP14 1HL

Hours: 42 hours per week, 07:30AM - 07:30PM, 3 days a week, with 8 hours supernumerary

  • Promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity by ensuring high standards of care
  • Assessing residents’ wellbeing, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing clinical guidance, motivating and mentoring staff for efficient care home operation
  • Building relationships with residents, families, and the community to foster a sense of community
  • Collaborating with local partners to raise the care home’s profile

Qualifications and skills:

  • A registered nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to professional development
  • Passionate about elderly care, maintaining independence, and dignity
  • Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Leadership experience in clinical settings, capable of motivating and mentoring teams
