Job Title – Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: Market Drayton

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 7-7 (days & nights)

Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x plus £5,000 signing bonus (payable after passing probation).

What are we looking for in an Engineering Technician?

• Experience in maintaining fast-moving manufacturing or logistics environments
• Mechanical and electrical engineering experience within manufacturing, production, or process settings
• Apprentice-trained with experience working on machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs
• Knowledge of filling and process technology
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Good preventative maintenance knowledge
