About the role

1. Support individuals with personal care needs, respecting their choices, abilities, and diversity.
2. Encourage and facilitate social activities to enhance residents' well-being.
3. Understand and incorporate residents’ life histories into daily care routines.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care assistants and senior care assistants.

About you

• Experience in the care sector is essential.
• Working towards or have achieved Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about working with older people.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work on your own initiative.
