A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Underwriting Team Leader for a reputable Insurance Group in Carrickfergus. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage day-to-day operations and a team in the Commercial division. Candidates should have a year of experience in the insurance industry, particularly with Motor Trade insurance, and excellent interpersonal skills. The position offers a salary between £31k-£34k, hybrid working options, and opportunities for progression.
