Plus Specialist:A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a (Personal Lines) Underwriting Service Technician.
The Personal Lines Underwriting Service Technician will carry out day to day processing and offer excellent customer service to our brokers via their chosen method of communication. The role will be a predominately telephone based with additional daily administration duties. Handling motor and household business in line with the Company’s agreed service standards.
The Personal Lines Underwriting Technician will work as part of a wider team helping to deliver a personalised support service to our brokers and other internal departments. Full training will be provided on one-to-one bases, plus referral support is always available via your Team Leader and Scheme Underwriters. You will have an agreed underwriting authority to enable appropriate action, decision making and/or problem solving to be taken on individual cases.
