Job description

The software developer role is within the PIB Employee Benefits development team at PIB Group. The team develops external-facing applications, with the developer involved in the full software lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodology—design, development, testing, and support.

The developer must ensure solutions align with PIB’s architecture, security, and business requirements. The role requires creative and collaborative work with IT, product management, data analytics, and business teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Application development: Hands-on full-stack development of application code.
  • Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, testers, and support teams.
Experience:
  • Experience with DevOps tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in C# and TypeScript, with quality, well-documented code.
  • Strong UI development skills for web applications.
  • Experience testing and debugging code.
  • Strong judgment, urgency, and commitment to ethics, compliance, and customer service.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Creative, collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills.
