AXA UK is seeking an Underwriting Performance Manager to establish Pricing Standards for international operations. This role will leverage actuarial expertise and a commercial mindset to support effective pricing strategies across diverse distribution channels. The Underwriting Performance Manager is responsible for setting the Pricing Standards for all of International. Working with the International CUO, you will make sure that all regions and business units have an effective pricing strategy to enable them to hit their objectives. This is an important position, using actuarial skills and a commercial mindset, across the whole range of Markel International’s distribution channels and product lines, with a direct line into the CUO.
