Working closely with Underwriters, Finance, Exposure Management and Portfolio teams, the role is responsible for monitoring underwriting performance against plan, identifying drivers of variance, and supporting informed decision making through robust analysis and reporting. The role plays a key part in coordinating underwriting planning and reforecast processes, ensuring consistency between plans, performance reporting and portfolio metrics. The Underwriting Performance Manager contributes to the development and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, tools and governance, and acts as a trusted partner to underwriting teams in understanding results, risks and opportunities.
