Are you a Property Insurance specialist with Underwriting, Exposure Management and/or Pricing expertise with a passion for delivering sustainable profitability and excellence? Do you have the ability to lead, influence and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Lloyds market and beyond? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Underwriting Performance Manager, Property (D&F) role at Lloyd’s.

As the Underwriting Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the underwriting policy for the Property D&F class, providing oversight of technical underwriting issues and working with other Lloyd’s functions to support the strategic goals of the Corporation.

You will produce high-quality analysis, guidance and insight on your product line and proactively engage and share knowledge with syndicates to understand and support their performance and strategic decision-making. Working in partnership with syndicates across the market, you will ensure the Property class delivers long-term sustainable profitable performance and enhances the reputation of the Lloyd’s market.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• A strong underwriting, pricing or exposure management background and expertise in Property risks
• A sound understanding of the Lloyd’s market, its regulatory framework and its risk appetites
• Excellent analytical, communication and decision-making skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement of underwriting standards and practices
