An established industry player seeks an Underwriting Manager to drive performance and uphold underwriting standards. The purpose of this role is to contribute towards the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through monitoring account performance, controlling underwriting standards, supporting business development activities, and ensuring that business written adheres to underwriting authority and standards.
You will participate in the Global P&C Academy accreditation, enhancing your skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management while exchanging best practices across the Allianz Group. For pricing-based roles, Allianz Insurance offers a study package to obtain the actuarial qualification through the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK.

Circa £70,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and location. Salary is part of our total reward package.
