Our Underwriting Assistants are essential to our operations, ensuring smooth daily activities including data management within regulatory frameworks.

About The Job
  1. Assist underwriters at the box
  2. Develop new and existing client relationships aligned with MS Amlin’s strategic goals
  3. Gain understanding of clients and market dynamics
  4. Set up references for new and renewal accounts
  5. Monitor developments affecting the business and escalate as needed
  6. Manage risks in S2000 and deal flow tracker files
  7. Act as Team Data Steward, collaborating with other departments
  8. Support late payment reports, EPI queries, and data fitness reports
  9. Coordinate with actuarial and modelling teams on pricing
  10. Handle queries professionally and efficiently
  11. Verify accuracy and prepare notes for underwriting sign-off
  12. Monitor premium payments and liaise with brokers and CRT
