• Making fair and accurate lending decisions.
• Hitting daily KPI targets.
• Reviewing applications and recording high-quality notes.
• Focusing on positive customer outcomes in every decision.
• Spotting process improvements and sharing ideas with the team.
• Working alongside QA, Training & Compliance to keep standards high.
• Helping test new tools, policies and automation features.
